Loaded with top-shelf KTM PowerParts, bold new additions, and years of hare-scrambling pedigree, the 2025 KTM 350 XC-F FACTORY EDITION is built to compete at the highest, most flat-out, level.

Features may include:

• AIRBOX

The airbox is designed with precisely positioned inlet ducts aimed at preventing air deformation ensuring maximum airflow and maximum filter protection. The air filter is easily accessed, without tools, by removing the left side panel. Easy maintenance is guaranteed by the Twin Air filter and filter cage design that features a simple fail proof mounting system for safe and accurate filter installation.

• Tires

Just like the KTM 350 XC-F FACTORY EDITION has been developed over many decades of experience, so too has the DUNLOP AT82 rubber fitted at both ends. Boasting a bi-directional rear tread pattern with Progressive Cornering Block Technology, these tires provide unmatched levels of grip, consistency, and bump absorption - not to mention high-speed stability and overall durability. These are, of course, wrapped around a D.I.D Factory Wheel Set.

• Exhaust

Complimenting the 2025 KTM 350 XC-F FACTORY EDITION hard-hitting power and torque is a titanium, FMF Factory 4.1 RCT Silencer. Not only does this provide a FACTORY RACING soundtrack, but it also shaves more weight from the overall package.

• Absolute Control

No matter how gnarly the terrain, you'll stay in complete control thanks to a rider-focused frame design that has not only been engineered for longitudinal rigidity, but also repositions rotating mass closer to the center of gravity. Thick frame walls also improve reliability, flex characteristics and offer unmatched rider feel. The shock mounting also provides the perfect amount of anti-squat for better traction out of corners, while the footpeg mounting position is positioned in such a way to reduce the risk of hooking up on roots or rocks. Additionally, forged brackets on the lower frame rails allow for easy installation of the light custom-designed skid plate, which has been endurance tested, is simple to mount and is the best protection in race conditions for the frame and the engine.

• Go the distance

You call it a fuel tank. We call it a 2.24 gallon (8.5 liter) race bucket. For 2025, the transparent polythene fuel tank has been upgraded with a new fuel tank roll - which not only secures the tank more firmly in place, and allows for easy fuel level monitoring - it also protects the frame from unwanted scrubbing and race rash.

• WP XACT Shock

The rear shock features a compact build with 300 mm travel. A CFD-optimized main piston delivers optimal initial comfort, while finding the ideal settings is taken care of by a hand-adjustable dual compression control that allows for high- and low-speed adjustments by hand. This, together with an easy-to-use rebound adjuster, means riders benefit from the right set-up for improved balance, comfort, and cornering agility.

• Connectivity Unit Offroad

Fitted as standard on the 2025 KTM 350 XC-F FACTORY EDITION, the Connectivity Unit Offroad offers a wide range of functionalities and adjustability options via the KTMconnect app. The CUO gives racers a new insight into their riding, allowing for easy alterations in engine behavior, and even provides optimized suspension settings based on individual preferences and riding conditions.
